2. Use of Services

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • You agree not to use JobCMS for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.


3. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates must provide true and accurate details in their profiles, resumes, and applications.

  • Submitting misleading or false information may result in account suspension or termination.

  • JobCMS is not responsible for the outcome of job applications or employment decisions made by employers.


4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers must provide accurate and legal job postings.

  • Job postings should not include misleading, discriminatory, or offensive content.

  • Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and making hiring decisions.


5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features of JobCMS (e.g., premium job postings, highlighted listings, resume database access) may require payment.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • JobCMS reserves the right to change pricing and subscription terms at any time, with prior notice.


6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post or transmit any false, misleading, or offensive content.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform’s services.

  • Collect or misuse other users’ personal data.

  • Post jobs related to illegal or unethical activities.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on JobCMS (logo, design, software, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to JobCMS.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.


8. Privacy

  • User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • By using JobCMS, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • JobCMS acts only as a platform to connect employers and candidates.

  • We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employment terms, or disputes between users.

  • JobCMS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.


10. Termination

  • JobCMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

  • Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan (or your operating country). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
